The CSDMS is proud of their partnership with the supporters of the Education Fund who have made these awards available for our members

EXCELLENCE IN ULTRASOUND AWARD

The CSDMS Education fund was formed to encourage sonographers to strive for excellence and be progressive in the education of fellow sonographers.

Three winners will be chosen:

First prize will receive $500.00 cash along with paid registration and transportation to the CSDMS AGM and Conference. The successful applicant will present the winning paper/poster at the annual conference.
Second prize will receive $300 cash..
Third prize winner will receive $200 cash.
Winners may have manuscripts published in Interface.

CERTIFICATE OF MERIT

This award was instigated to formally recognize those sonographers amongst us who, by their personal efforts and desire for excellence, advance our profession. If you know a sonographer who has made a special contribution to the field of sonography, this is your opportunity to recognize them for the CSDMS Certificate of Merit.

CONTINUING EDUCATION AWARD

This award is recognition of an individual who you believe has made a significant contribution to the continuing education of Sonographers. The nominations come from the membership. If you know of someone who you feel deserves special recognition, send a letter to the CSDMS head office outlining the reasons for your nomination and contact information. The Board of Directors reviews the nominations and awards are presented at the Annual General Meeting each year.

CSDMS EDUCATIONAL GRANT PROGRAM

The purpose of this grant is to provide financial assistance to a sonographer who would not be able to attend the CSDMS conference and AGM.
CSDMS will provide free registration for the conference and a $500.00 contribution towards travel costs.
